As soon as your order enters the fulfilment process, our logistics partner begins preparing it for shipment. Therefore, order cancellations are no longer possible at this stage.
Should you decide not to keep your purchase, you may refuse the delivery using the tracking information provided or return the item once it has been received.
Returns & Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will automatically process your refund within a few business days. No further action or contact with our customer care team is required.
Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics partner immediately begins preparing it for shipment to ensure timely delivery. As a result, modifications to the order are no longer possible.
Should any item not be quite right, you may return it after delivery. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the returned item has been received and processed.
We have recently transitioned to a new store system. As a result, previous orders may not currently be visible in your customer account, even if they are still being processed. Please rest assured that your orders have not been lost.

Occasionally, refunds relating to returned orders may be completed in multiple stages rather than all at once.
If your original order was delivered in separate parcels, the returned items may also be received by our logistics partner on different dates. Consequently, each parcel is processed individually, and the corresponding refunds are issued accordingly. In most cases, any outstanding refund amounts are completed within the following business days.

To ensure the most efficient delivery process, your order may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels. As only one tracking number can currently be provided, some items may arrive slightly later than others.
